The housing market in the Miss-Lou has been a busy one in recent years. Adams County and Concordia Parish offer a wide variety of homes in all price ranges.
In Natchez, residents can live downtown in antebellum structures, in apartments above antique shops, in reasonably priced subdivisions or on the golf course. Properties are available for rent, renovation or purchase and the town is home to more than 10 apartment complexes. Downtown condominiums are in the works and several new subdivisions are being developed, as well.
In Vidalia, small subdivisions and cozy homes line the streets surrounding the highway, but those looking to get away from it all can find their getaway in the woods and farmlands of the parish.
Lake St. John in Ferriday offers lake houses, as does Lake Concordia. In Monterey, residents can live along Black River, a tributary of the Mississippi River, on Horseshoe Lake or in heavily wooded areas free of all city lights.
